I canceled my subscription on 8/22/22 and should have been refunded $249.01. On 8/30/22 I only received a credit for $113.26. Still being owed $135.75. I've called 10/5/22, 10/14/22 and 10/27/22 with no refund yet. Today 10/27/22 I was assured again that I should have my money by Monday 10/31/22. Not sure if this will happen. However, it shouldn't have taken this many calls to get all of my money back.Initial Complaint

Nature of the dispute is billing. Representative agreed to eliminate charges for all June, July, and August special editions reducing 6/1 - 8/31/22 bill by $36 (6x$6) from $92 to $56. Sent in a check for the $56 which was cashed and no further communications. Just received bill for 9/1 - 12/31/22 which includes the $36 previous special editions plus mysterious $48 "Additional Charges". Cancelled paper, but Press is insisting they will bill the other items.
