I have reached out to them multiple times for a refund. I paid for two tumbling classes. Online the classes do not state they are strictly for the cheer team so i paid in advance for two weeks. After i paid I took my daughter and was told that the classes were for the cheer team so they can go to the next level. Thats perfectly fine. They said they would refund me. I never got a refund. I then contacted them through email, i gave them my information, I never heard back and never got a refund. I reached out again 2-3 weeks later, no answer, no refund. I reached out AGAIN, no answer, no refund. I shouldnt have to do all of this for a refund.

Hi **** - This is unacceptable and I will take care of this immediately, no one should ever wait 3 weeks for a refund. We are so sorry for any confusion with the class registration. If you do not mind, can you share the email you have sent the request to as I have went through all of our emails and for the past several weeks and I do not see anything from your email address. My daughter has cheered with Champion Force in ********** since she was 4. She has absolutely loved it! She is constantly learning new things and always so excited to go to cheer practice. This is the best program to put your child in when you dont have any other options near by!

My daughters(3 of them) participate in Ren. Reign. The coaches and other staff I've met are amazing at this location. The head coach is so kind and treats the kids the way a coach should. This group is like family. Most of the kids on my older 2 daughters team have been together for years. That didn't stop them from welcoming both of my girls with open arms. My youngest just started with the program this season and has already been moved 2 divisions because the coaches wants to make sure she is in the level she is able to be a little challenged at. I love that. They don't want to hold any of them back. They also won't push them to hard or further than they are ready for. I can say that this wasn't our first location we tried. It was our second. Not every champion force location has the same type of coach. The first location was more concerned with putting my child down and treating kids unfairly. The 5 of us that started with her have all left that location. She doesn't care about how she made the kids feel. I'm glad I decided to give another location a chance though because my kids LOVE the cheer family they have now. I suggest if you have a bad experience at one location don't completely write off the entire program. There are several locations that are able to give you a different experience. Thank you Reign for being such an amazing location for my kiddos. Thank you for not listening to the nonsense that was told to you by the other location and welcoming my kids as well as our family into your cheer family. You guys are the best!!

My daughter absolutely loves cheering for Rensselaer Reign and Champion Force Cheerleading. This summer, the team won the National Championship for their division. It was so amazing seeing them on stage when they were awarded the championship banner. The coaches always go above and beyond for the girls. I can’t wait to see what they do next!

For a recreational program that only charges $9 a week this is a Fantastic Program! This is a once a week program; so for parents its very low commitment! It also has a Pay -As- You -Go option which is nice for families. Uniforms are reasonably priced and worn for multiple seasons while your athlete is in their age/division bracket. Their is the opportunity to compete at the end of each season, and these events are so well run and organized. The kids have an absolute blast and the positivity and happiness that surrounds these events is truly one of a kind. The coaches are truly one of a kind as well and are what make this program amazing! They have a strong passion for teaching these young athletes, encouraging them and praising them week after week. It is truly special and we are honored to be a part of the Champion Force Program. I hope this review helps those who are deciding on this program. I am surprised that anyone could leave negative feedback. Our experience has had amazing communication from the coach to the corporate office level. -CFA parent for 7 years and counting!
