I ordered 679 dollar light on June 1st and all info said 3 to 4 week delivery here it is July 27th and still hasnt arrived . I want my light delivered. That I paid for almost 2 months agoInitial Complaint

I placed an order with Makarios on February 2, 2023. I have contacted them several times by email (February 13, February 28, March 9); by messenger through their ******** page in the past two weeks; and many times by phone (leaving a message) that I did not document the dates.In the Messenger conversation, I received the following responses:**Can you please email: *********************************** with your order # or name. We have flagged this message. We apologize for any delay, we are updating our entire company system. We will be in touch soon here & if you do send an email we will reply a little faster. Thank you.**Hi *****, Thanks for reaching out to our team here at Makarios Decor. You are receiving this message because our communications office is closed and the team is out enjoying time with their families. Our promise to provide the best customer service and top trending furniture and dcor, is the same promise we provide to all our team member. "The best work environment with uninterrupted personal time".In the mean time you can see all our unique products here: **************************************** I was wondering if you had any information as to the status of this business. On 5/26/2022 I ordered online a sign reading ******** Dog House from Makarios Decor, located in the *************, ************ ********. I paid $64.55 for a custom sign on 100 year plus old wood. After almost 3 months, I still have no sign. I have contacted ******* several times by both e-mail and phone calls. I had to leave a voice mail each time with no response back. We have had several conversations by e-mail, with promises my product was on its way. This was several times in the last couple of months. Still no product. I requested a refund of my money with no action taken. I can no longer get a response from Makarios in any form.
