  Koncrete Kustomz poured concrete for patio on June 10, business owner agreed with the fact the concrete is wavy, sloppy, and looks terrible. We paid $3600 up front or half. We stated that it should be redone. Koncrete Kustomz guaranteed fixing it with a product that would cover the concrete, going as far as to send pictures of a different job in which the same issue was resolved. The product he put down had a 24 hour cure time, and began washing away 40 hours later. Now we are unable to reach him, his business phone goes straight to a mailbox that is full. Called and texted phone he had been contacting us with and no response since June 19. At this point the job cannot be completed in the guaranteed time by June 30. One of his last contacts stated he could not finish the border staining portion for 30 days after the pour which is July 10. We just want a refund and the concrete they poured removed and yard repaired from his equipment.

  ****** and *************************** both were informed that repairs and staining will be completed July ****, 2022. Verified by date of complaint neither have been patient to allow the concrete ***** day cure process. Neither have listed that they are recurring customers and their family(mother and brother) have used our service and have been satisfied. This complaint is a result of impatient and unsatisfiable customers. We plan on completing the staining and some repairs by July 10, 2022.

  I am rejecting this response because: the time frame for not being able to finish the job as scheduled on or before June 30th is the least of the concern at this point. A complaint had to be made because he refuses to accept phone calls, return text messages and e-mails. The business phone goes right to a full mailbox. The original pour that he had admitted was bad, and was not fixed by the poor attempt. With no communication from him, how are we supposed to know whenever he decides he will show up. The cracking and chipping of his poor quality fix application has not been addressed at all. We need the slab fixed that still holds water and is falling apart. It is unprofessional to string along clients without any communication for weeks. We did use Koncrete Kustomz before and had recommended them to others based on previous experience. With this experience I would recommend them to no one, only warn them of the terrible customer service, work quality, and lack of communication.
