Stacey is an amazing resource of all things when it comes to traveling. She has planned three trips for our family to Disney World and each trip has only gotten better and better. She learned what my family enjoys and catered all events, restaurants and adventure around our specific interests. She is quick to respond and available to lend a hand in navigating different areas and gives you her honest feedback. I now have reached out to Stacey to help me on other international travel that my family is looking forward to! I would highly recommend Stacey if you are looking to take your next vacation. She is the best!

We used Stacey for our Disney trip and everything was smooth and taken care of for us! We had a an amazing trip thanks to all the tips and advice Stacey was able to provide us - she was super fast in her communications and so helpful and knowledgable about everything before, during and even after our Disney vacation. We love working with Kelly G. We had planned to go to Disney in June 2020 and since that wasn’t happening, Kelly kept an eye on the packages as they became available and found us a new resort with even better pricing than the 2020 trip. THEN, she was able to help my brother and parents book their own rooms so they could surprise my girls at Disney. THEN, Kelly G. helped us find the best company to rent a wheelchair for my mother. She had been so helpful that my brother has used Kelly G. for his trips and we are using her again for another Disney trip summer 2024. One other thing that Kelly did was help me plan some fun experiences for my girls since it was their first time at Disney and my first time at Disney with kids. We were able to plan and organize a very last minute family vacation to ****** and Universal all thanks to *****! She took extra time to make sure everything i needed was in place before we left. Being our first time ever going, it was extremely scary to plan and figure out on my own and ***** took all the anxiety away. She armed me with explicit step by step instructions how to organize my day at each park to make the most of my days and even book my daughter a boutique appointment! ***** makes traveling a breeze!Review from Elizabeth C

We used KTTW travel specifically Kelly G. Worst mistake of our lives. She made our lives a living hell threatening to cancel our multiple Disney vacations and 2 cruises because I asked to be part of the promotion for an onboard credit. She told me off numerous times...refused to consent to have our cruise transferred to a better agent outside. She told myself and mu husband off. Overpromised and under-delivered. We gave her $50,000 worth of business and were treated like garbage. We referred business to her and they were also met with hostility and nastiness. I reached out to customer service with no response. When they did respond they didn't care one bit. My guess is that our rep was responding. She was supposed to purchase our annual pass but was conveniently away and found out the day they were available for purchase. If you want to worry about your vacation definitely go with them.Key to the World Travel, LLC Response

This customer did not meet the requirements for a promotion that was released many months after she booked; the promotion required her to have attended an online event she did not attend, and to make a new booking after that event (which she did not do). When it was explained that her booking didnt meet the requirements, she was offered a different (slightly smaller OBC) promotion, but she became angry and began demanding that she get what she wanted. We reviewed all communications between the customer and the ********************** advisor, and the hostile and nasty comments were all on the side of the customer. When we continued to decline to apply the promotion the customer did not meet the requirements for, she began to make false statements about her travel advisor not making payments or having to do things herself (which we investigated and are able to prove is false). The travel advisor never threatened to cancel the bookings. Its unfortunate that this customer chose to handle her disappointment at not getting a promotion with lies and threats. We use KTTW for all our cruises! When the industry closed down at the beginning of COVID, we were just a few days into a 12 day ******** to ****** vacation. Celebrity, Delta, and ****** were all available to help us find flights and make arrangements for our return home . . . safe and healthy!KTTW also help us with the three cruises that needed to be canceled during the cruise industry shut-down . . . and, the 4 cruises and 2 trips to ****** we have taken since everything has reopened. ****** was absolutely AMAZING helping us plan for this ***********. The booking process was super easy, and she followed up multiple times. Even made our dining reservations for us and reserved things I didn't even know existed. She delivered us a special backpack the night before our trip, with a detailed itinerary and tips of what to do. Plus special items for our kids! We followed so many of her suggestions and had the best trip with our kids. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness is truly unmatched!!Review from Annette O

Amazing service. Nicole always responds quickly and takes care of things. Sometimes she goes beyond what we expect from her. Key to the world has great employees and service. We used KTTW to plan our ****** vacation. Our travel planner did an excellent job in providing us with options at our price point and then giving us her suggestion. The amount of information provided to ensure we navigated the parks and genie plus was above and beyond what we expected. She ensured flights were booked at convenient times and transportation options were outlined. There was no pressure to purchase anything outside of our means. Communication was easy via email and a few phone calls.Id highly recommend using KTTW for your travel needs. Their agents definitely go above and beyond what is typically provided by other agencies. The attention to detail is what sets them apart from others and their knowledge of the parks.Key to the World Travel, LLC Response
