My mother had contacted this business through another recommendation and they didn't specify how many animals would be removed for ******. ended up being one, which I could have relocated for her. She stated that she wanted to keep her original cage, but they picked up one animal and left her with there bad cage and gave her the run around about giving hers back. She has contacted them several times and has only been given the run around about the negligence in info on of how many animals were going to be picked up at the cost and getting her good cage back. This company is a scam..Keeping good cages and picking up one animal for ******. such a ripoff and we lost a good cage in the process. Wouldn't recommend this company for anyone. My mother is in her late 70s and they took advantage of her lack of getting the proper information that they should have provided.

I have a very similar episode(s) as ************** got charged $99 before they even arrived at my house. I paid Platinum Wildlife removal some $2408 for a critter control based on their recommendation in Jan 2022. A few months later the critters were still around. When called I was informed that a new company ******* has purchased Platinum Wildlife Removal. The "inspector" told me that the previous job was incomplete as there are 5 vents that should've had covers but didn't. They proposed a solution for an additional $2,797 that includes small insect monthly pest control. I argued with the inspector that what kind of warranty would I get if they couldn't do the job right? I reminded him that I didn't ask for how many covers to install but to rid my house of the critters. The contract had 24 traps, vent covers (small and large), ridge guard and sealing open holes (whenever found). The bottom line is that I would be paying additional $2,797 and there's no guarantee that next year I won't be spending similar amount to keep fixing this annual occurrence. I'm not sure what their term " Total critter control" means if this rather large expense is an annual occurrence because the critters keep returning. Where's the "control" in critter control?!!!!Skip this company! Unfortunately; I'm still looking for a good critter control company.

The warranty that is supplied covers the work that was performed on the home. Squirrels are chewers and will continue to chew new holes in order to gain entry into a building/home. The new inspection that was performed showed chewed areas that were not there during the original visits. Please contact **** at ************ to discuss further steps to help remedy this situation.

Do NOT use this company. I had a 5 year guarantee on the work done and they sold the company shortly after the work was done. There is no more warranty on this work. They were willing to send someone to check the work onetime only as a courtesy and at the cost of $99 if they determined that the issue was a new problem . The service tech only looked at the outside perimeter of my deck, said that was the issue and Id have to pay someone to completely redo that area. He never checked the actual work that was done, sealing at the perimeter of the house where the deck meets it, until I pointed out that he hadnt even visualized the actual work to see if it was intact. Of course when he did look at it he said it was intact and it was all new damage which is hard to believe since the scratching and chewing noises are in the exact same location as before. That was a complete waste of my time and $99- adding insult to injury.

After having a few other companies in the area come out this company was the only one that went into the attic and up on the roof they also took several pictures and went over the quote with me on the spot. They also took the time to explain what materials the company used and why. I was very happy to hear I wouldnt be fighting with rust from stealwool every time it rains. When they came out to seal up my house they made sure to take pictures of all their work and send those as well. All in all this company delivered above and beyond what they promised. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

This company is a rip off. They charged me $600.00 dollars to put mouse bait in my attic to get rid of the mice. The mice were still there so I called and they wanted another $600 to come back and do it again. They dont stand by there word. Also my sister used this company and spent $1000dollars for the same service that they want to charge me $7000. This is a company that should be shut down,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They took advantage of my fear. I found a bat in a house I had just purchased. Instead of genuinely trying to help me, they purposely made me it worse. The first thing the man did upon entering my house was to look in the chimney and pronounce it a fire hazard. Then talk about how chimney cleaners don't know what they're doing. So he set up an atmosphere of distrust and fear from the very beginning. As others have said, he did not address my original problem--bat in the house--and simply gave me a sky-high estimate for "fixing" the situation. He was clever--he began by inspecting my attic and told me it was not too bad, it would only cost me $800 or so to get cleaned. But then he lowered the boom. He inspected the house, the roof, then came back and gave me the news that it was going to take over $5,000 to seal up the house. RIDICULOUS! I wasn't born yesterday. I don't appreciate that he made a painful situation more painful for me. This company SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

This company seems to use the bait and switch routine. They know when someone is desperate and vulnerable. I knew exactly where the trapped animal was in my dryer hose. The 'expert' came out the same day, which was appreciated. However, they do a hard sell to fix your entire house, and in this case did not address the presenting problem. The guy tapped on my dryer hose and said, nope, nothing in there. I asked if it could be dead. He said, no. If it was dead I would smell it in an hour. I do have video cameras all over my house and in my basement, so if they deny this exact conversation, I have proof. They then sent me a partial **** for close to a thousand dollars to seal my foundation. I ended up having to have an emergency critter expert come late last night to remove the stinking decaying corpse. Avoid. This. Company.

I hired this company due to having squirrels in the attic. I was in a hurry and did not read the contract throughly. They ask for 50% down, with an additional amount to trap and remove and replace squirrels. They want 100% before they start the work. I questioned the company due to the contract and reviews on bbb sight. ***** came out today and was very polite and did a great job of listening. He put guards on ridge vent, chimney covers and covered the dormer access where squirrels were entering the attic. It ended in a job well done and I will would recommend that platinum should collect the remaining balance after job is completed correctly.Thank you ***** for a job well done!

Disappointed. I called them out on a Monday for a raccoon problem. Was presented with a number of options including the placement of a pheromone that would possibly cause the animals to vacate. The company would then do the repair work. The tech stated that they were out of the pheromone product and hoped to see it within a couple of days and would be back out by the weekend.Didn't hear from them for three weeks, so I called and was told they now had the product and were ready to schedule another service call. I had already taken measures myself to remove the animals, so I canceled, even though I was out $90 for the service call.

During raccoon maternity/baby season, the pheromones can be hard to get. I apologize that it took so long. Please contact **** at ************ to discuss a refund.

Do not use this company!!! I hired them to remove a squirrel from basement. They put down a trap that you could buy at a tractor supply for $25 and charged me $400 for it. They saw the squirrel and said thats huge and wouldnt even try to capture it and said let it just go into the trap. They then told me I needed $1900 worth of work on the roof to prevent wildlife from coming inside. I just needed a new chimney cap which costs $100. They charged me $250 for it. The guy that was at my house was so arrogant and talked about his expertise in construction and home repair, but nothing about his experience in critter control. When a new game came to install the chimney cap, he came inside and saw the trap and said who put that in the middle of the floor. He then laughed and said that was his brother who did that since he works there too. He said he always places them wrong. The squirrel was in my basement for 10 days and they never followed up. I ended up hiring a reputable critter service and they trapped and caught the squirrel within one day. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! You will be out hundreds, if not thousands of dollars with zero resolution. Also, the guys walked through my house with muddy shoes. Everything about them is unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear!!!!
