This is a failure to resolve an issue. (I guess that's what it would be called) I ordered one Silkrazor Order #***** **** Tracking #**** **** **** **** **** **** 29 on June 18, 2022, order total is $25.95. On July 8 I emailed them wishing to cancel my order because it still had not shipped. After I emailed Silkrazor wishing to cancel my order, 2 days later my order shipped. On July 12 I received an email from their company stating that I could send the item back for a full refund once I received it. However, that is not according to their policy. I believe they were trying to get their product back but in such a way so that they did not have to refund my money, so I held on to the item until I could get somebody to issue me a return label. On July 18 I received my package and I emailed them asking for my return label. Somebody responded on July 19, asking if I had received my packaged yet. On the same day, I responded that I had. To this day I have yet to hear back from the company. I have sent them emails on July 27, Aug 1, and Aug 21 asking for my return label. Initially I only wanted my money back, but this is beyond that now. The frustration and the time that has gone into this, the emails, the waiting, that's why I have come to you. I can only imagine how many others they have done this to. They need to be stopped!
