I have been with LA insurance for a while they are beginning to be very rude and unprofessional even the cooperate. Recently on March 11 I was late on paying my insurance and when I called and was talking to someone and the background and said something to them the la insurance women got mad and hung up on me and I had called consistently and she never answered. I called cooperate no one apologized or said they will fix it. Due to this it almost made me not have insurance because the only way to pay was to call them and that was the last day I could pay. In Michigan we can not ride around without insurance that’s a ticket. I’m not looking for a apology I just feel this is an ongoing problem and she will cause others and myself to lose insurance and not have insurance when it might be the last day. When we don’t pay on time and have to call them and we don’t call on time it’s extra fees. Can you look into this. I have emailed cooperate once they emailed me about changing my address that day and no one still has yet to help me with this situation. There a recorded call about this . After calling cooperative to report the incident they starting bothering me sending these documents .No one at cooperate contacted me to resolve this for the future because the lady doesn’t want to answer my calls and this the only district I can call to pay for my insurance and this will stop things because I can’t call to pay nor do cooperate want to help me .
