I was promised they would take care of me and get rid of all the rot around my condo bay window and fix it with Insulation and **** waterproof material and redo the top of my deck, and it would last forever. The job they did was cosmetically looked fine however, there was no communication from the top to the person on the site and I was told there would be a site manager overlooking the job, and he was never on site when they originally put my deck in. They left a gap of 1 to 2 inches long about at least a foot of my bed window, wheee freezing, cold air got in. In redoing the bay window carpentry work they had to cut a board in half in order to access the area. They promise to replace that board when the weather warms up however it since it was installed in February and they were nice days throughout March the weather didn't really seem to be an issue of being able to do the carpentry work.There's no call back there's no response there's no completion of my work they do not answer the phone they do not keep their word. They were not honest about the permit, and now the wood that was installed only two months old is fracturing almost on every board they put in. I have to question the quality of wood and whether it was dried out fully that was installed because I've never experienced wood splitting on a deck ever and especially in two months. While the owner taught that he's the biggest in the best, ************ in ********, he dismissed the errors of carpentry work that were quite egregious, allowing an open hole to go have air go into my home and allow any animals and elements to get it under my living room, floor joist and above my ceiling floor. All he said is what a beautiful job they did and now I get no call back as if I'm the culprit.They have ghosted me and show no integrity of word. I have been nothing but polite and and firm about getting the job completed to satisfaction. I would not recommend them, and don't trust their business tactics.

Coy Construction installed a replacement Trex deck and railings at our home in January 2022. After 6 months the top caps of the railings began to sag and instead of being horizontal they were wavy because the railing had not been properly supported at the bottom. Everyone visiting the house commented on how bad it looked. *** says it offers a 2-year warranty on installation. However, we contacted them 3 times asking if they would fix the installation problem with the railings and never received a response.

Don't use Coy Construction. They are messy, do not follow up with customers, and their workmanship is low quality. The deck railing started falling apart right after they "finished" the work. I just hope this thing doesn't fall apart or sink. Beware...
