We sent a check of $400 to Kenowa Hills Lawncare in good faith for a snowplowing service for our driveway at *********************************************************************************** November 28th, 2023. Stakes were supposed to be put around our circle driveway for guidance for their snowplow driver. This NEVER HAPPENED and they were contacted several times buy our home association asking when this would take place. Early in January they were contacted again to inform ***** (owner of the lawncare service) stakes were not yet in our driveways. No response. It snowed on January 10th and his snowplow driver came through and completely tore up our brand new lawn and five sprinkler heads. We immediately contacted ***** and asked him to cancel our service. Since that day, I have sent 13 text messages (please see the attached doc) and have called at least six times. I have received absolutely NO RESPONSE to my professional and polite messages asking if we can work something out for the services that were NOT rendered.Our irrigation company came out to fix the five sprinkler heads that were ruined and it cost us $240. We will also employee a landscaping service to fix the damage to our brand new lawn. We are in shock of the total disrespect by ***** (owner of Kenowa Hills Lawncare) to us in not even acknowledging our communication. It feels awful to be ignored - especially after we paid him months in advance in good faith that a service would be rendered. It is difficult to understand why a paying customer would be treated in such a horrible manner.
