My roof is leaking I and they will not repair it, I have a 15 year warranty. The work was on 8-13-2014. I need for them to get the work done with no problems. Todays date 9-20-2024 I have called them numerous times they ignore me.Business response

Jaylia, we have made several attempts to touch base with Ms. ****** to arrange to come out to address her roof issue to see if it falls under our warranty. After numerous voicemails with no response we have not been able to secure an appointment.
We are ready, willing and able to address the issue.

I hired the company to rebuild my brick porch for what the salesman estimated was around $8000. The guy who showed up ended up asking me for an additional $1500 or so above what I quoted at. I was mostly ok with this because I wanted to get the porch done. Then, the dude disappears for weeks at a time. I have to constantly text him to ask for updates and get him out to the house to do work. Assuming the porch got built correctly, I would probably end up not filling out this complaint. But what happened was, the concrete they poured came from bags and was hand-mixed, and apparently quite poorly, as the porch cap and the sidewalk slab started cracking and spalling immediately through the winter and now continuing into the summer. I contacted the company to ask them to fix it, and as was typical for my interactions with them, they did not. I am not going to keep contacting them. I have the supporting documents somewhere which shows their estimate and extra charges. I've attached pictures of the concrete falling apart.Business response
