On 8/3/2022 I was charged twice for the same items plus one that should have been canceled or deleted. I ordered a smoothie along with 2 kinds of ice cream. The menu board read the smoothie was made with fat free yogurt, I saw the employee scooping ********************* cream to make the smoothie. I told her I didn't want ice cream. She told me they do not have yogurt. Which she should have informed me from the start. Non of the employees knew how to refund or cancel the smoothie order. The amount I would like refunded back to my account is for $24.81. which consists of the smoothie and the 2 ice creams. She charged me for the 1st order and did not give me a receipt. She then charged me again for the 2 ice creams that were on the first order. She did not let me know that know one knew how to change the order. Supervisor was not available, also not available on 8/4/2022 when I called. They would not give me the number where she could be reached. All Im asking for is to refund the $24.81 back to me. The second charge was $18.46 which I also paid not knowing I was being charged twice. They can keep that amount.
