We bought a puppy on the website. We paid $400 for the puppy and $200 for shipping. This was on 8/27/2023 On 8/28/2023 we received a call saying we had to pay $1500 for a crate fee. We paid that. Then we received another call saying we had to pay $2000 for insurance. We dont have that kind of money. They are stating that the puppy is now in ************** and if we dont pay $2000 they are going to place the puppy in animal abandonment and we will be sued.Initial Complaint

Spoke with company on phone about purchasing 2 dogs paid my money for them including shipping and now shipping company is saying I need to pay for Thermal crates for dogs! And now they aren’t answering from the seller and shipping company stopped responding when I told them I was calling police! I just want my $1000 back
