*************************** sold me a 25 thousand dollar solar system that doesnt work and he wont return my phone calls as servicing my system was part of the package. He is a scam artist. He can come get the solar panels i want my money back.Initial Complaint

We filed initial BBB complaint on November 19, 2021. Complaint numbered issued is ********. ******* from Distributed Power did respond with what he said he would do. Has not followed through yet. We originally signed a 90 day contract for completion of project March 27, 2021. We have well reached over the 1 year ****. We need help to get this business owner to complete this solar project. We don't know where to turn. ******* has our money and we have no working solar.Business response

***** has several illegal electric code violations that dont have anything to do with our project and we are doing them for him for free. We sent a technician to the site and it was so dangerous that we had to stop the work for the day. We need to schedule a shutdown with DTE the utility company from the transformer feeding his house in order for us to be safe to complete the project. This is outside the scope of our project and I have communicated that to him, and I am working as fast as I can to resolve this.Customer response
