I have been taking my older ******** for a few years since I moved to ******* and have been nothing but a loyal and patient customer every time. I've never complained about the fact that they don't allow appointments and have endured waiting for them hours at a time. During my last visit they were so incredibly rude to me, it surprises me that a business would intimidate their customers in such a way. When I called over the phone I was quoted $185 for a visit with the vet and bloodwork. Then they tacked on a heartworm test without disclosing to me that there would be an up charge for the additional testing and then placed the blame on me for not telling them not to do it when I was never given a choice. At that point the man at the front desk had raised his voice at me while I remained calm but scared and asked them to do what I thought was right and honor the price that was disclosed to me over the phone. I asked them if they even cared if I came back and explained it would make it difficult for me to trust them going forward to which he said he didn't care and then told me it's not the place for me. I don't think it would be the place for any customer who didn't want to suffer unwarranted verbal abuse in a place of business.
