Hi, my name is ************ had wolverine servicing my home for the past 30 years. I had an older outdated system that use the purple solution to take the smell and the iron out of the water. Well, I had them come out and test it two weeks ago and it was failing so I purchased the new system And the reverse osmosis and I have never ever had water of this quality. This water is ******* clear there is no smell I am not using the purple solution. The reverse osmosis takes water cleans. It then runs through the softener and I I swear this is the best water Ive had , hands-down *********** **** he was very helpful in me deciding to get the new system worked out a great payment plan for me paying less now since I dont have to buy that purple solution at $67 a bottle plus drinking water so thats a great thing. We have used Wolverine Water in our home for many years. We have high iron levels in their system works wonderfully. I've always had great customer service and prompt response if needed. Installed a whole house water treatment system last year. From the salesman to the installers, they were all so very courteous, explained everything they were doing. And we definitely couldnt ask for better service! Were snowbirds so they came out and shut it all down while we were gone, and returned this spring to set it all up again. Great system, great service, had the system for over 20 years. All our water tastes great and has extended the life of our water heater. We have the iron curtain and softener as our water is/was extremely hard.Review from Mark L

I had Wolverine come by my home to check on my water. They sold me a system and I must say it has been wonderful for our family. We had really bad Iron issues and their rep JR came out and explained everything to us. We have been very happy with it and would highly recommend this to anyone. ************************* is our water specialist here in *******. We had our system replaced recently and he is been more than outgoing and checking out if everything is good as far as the system you working and if we need anything as far as service goes. In my opinion he is one of the top notch specialists in the company, nobody should have anything bad to say about this gentleman or Wolverine Water. They have been there for us and with our high calcium and sediment water it is awesome to have people who care and are trained in this field to take care of our needs. System stopped working. They came out and said it needed to be replaced, Had for 5 years; over **** to replace. People were rude and nonprofessional. DO NOT buy one or even speak to them.

My elderly mother received a cold-call from an employee soliciting business. She had purchased a water treatment system with them in the past. He came out and told her that her water was very hard (rust) with a lot of sediment and needed an extra rust filter. He quoted her $4,500. He was coming out he next morning to install. I called to cancel the appointment as my sister has power of attorney over my mothers financial and medical decisions and her system is functioning just fine (no rust stains in toilet or sink). I advised the man that she has suffered 2 strokes in the past year and he acknowledged that she told him. He advised the same about the rust and sediment and stated he was just going to add an additional rust filter. I inquired why that was $4,500. He said that was to redo the entire system but for half that cost he could work with her existing system. He never presented this as an option to her. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of a diminished capacity senior citizen. We got a second opinion from a local company, he found her meter (suspiciously) unplugged from the unit. The water tested 460 PPM TDS, 10 GPG hardness, 1 PPM iron. He stated her system is functioning perfectly and her water was very good for the area in respect to iron. He stated that an extra iron filter is absolutely not needed at 1 PPM. He too felt she was being taken advantage of by this company.Wolverine Water Treatment Systems Response

Notice to all not to fall for their scam. I purchased a Ozone water treatment tank in 2015. Salesman stated that it was the state of art technique that will remove rust from my water through ozone and system should last as your softener does. Paid $3300 and 7 years later they now say that its dead and I should get it replaced. I stated that the salesman said it would last forever and his response was that they didnt know at the time that it only had a 5-7 year lifespan. No offer to help with the finances for a new one since they definitely gave false advertisement. This is after they came out 8 months ago and charged me $130 for replacing a piston/seal kit without even looking to see if the system was running properly. After he left found out that he was the original salesman since he left his business card with name. My softener is over 30 years old (kinetico). Laughable that they would think I would even considering buying a new one from them.
