      Order date 9/13/24 received item 9/19/2024. Item was defective out of box. I immediately tried contacting the business. They never returned my calls.. I received two emails which one was automated. At this point I am completely out my money $29. I have read many reviews where others had their money stolen as well. Please address this scam company and their unfair business practices.

      So I order some coils they arrived crushed and damaged in the box. And I've been trying to request a return. They keep rejecting. I'd settle for a replacement or a refund. Thank you. Seems to always be issues during shipping. Rather lost package or damaged when the arrive.

      I placed an order and was charged but never received my order. Tracking shows it still at the location. I have tried to contact lighterusa several times by phone and email and only receive automated responses.

      Placed an order with this company, as I have many times in the past, and only received a portion of my order. When I contacted the company via email, to inquire where the rest of my order was, I was told ALL the items I ordered where indeed delivered. I sent a picture of what I did receive and their response to my email accused me of being a thief! They stated all the items in my order were delivered!! I DID NOT receive what I paid for!! I dont like being called a thief, especially when I PAID for the items I ordered! I made SEVERAL attempts to call the company and I left messages, and at this time, I have not heard back from them. I emailed them letting them know I was filing a complaint with the BBB. I wanted to resolve this without taking it here, but this company left me no choice.

      I bought these product on the website and the first issue was I couldn't find a tracking number. I emailed them several times and only got an automated email back with no information. Then the product was changed to delivered on the shop app. When I emailed them again saying I was going to get my bank to cancel the order, they changed the status of the delivery back to partially fulfilled and no ETA or tracking. I can't contact them for a refund because they won't respond.

      Hello. Thank you in advance for your time and purpose. I purchased a BOGO (buy one get one free) offer so my order involves two items; neither of which work properly. Upon realization that both were dis-functional I immediately tried to contact the manufacturer directly. No successful contact made by e-mail or phone(both were defunct). I then contacted Lighter USA and played back and forth with e-mail. They have my money so I was willing to take something of equal value, not the same product, but they did not respond. I now just want my money back, be done with them, and put something on record so the next person will be wary of their trickery. Don't worry about protecting my personal rights; if any body has a problem with me personally, any they want to deal with me personally, I welcome the introduction. ******

      On 12/14/2022 I ordered two of the same item. I ordered two esco bars bubblegum ice nicotine vape pens. I received both (of the same item) on 12/17/2022. One tasted the way its supposed to taste. The other taste horrible. So bad. Its obviously not two of the SAME ITEM. They refuse to respond to my emails. Basically they have refused to give me a replacement or a refund.
