I had two procedures done at Saint Agnes Medical center in ****** **. The first was in September of 2022 and the second in March of 2023. In both cases I was charged $1600 as a co-payment. I found out that I had a balance on both accounts. In May of 2023 I called to ask for a refund and again in June of 2023 and again today 7/12/2023 each time the person said they would refund my balances and to date of have not received any monies owed. According to ********** Law there are required to refund my monies within 30 days of being notified and still nothing. The following is the Account ************************** has a balance of aprox $863.Account 029636185-3055 has a balance of aprox $1119.Can you please reach out to the Medical Center and see if you can get those monies refunded back to my account or credit card used.Thank youBusiness response

This is the private ****** of St. Agnes Pathology Medical Group. We are separate independent medical practice, not Saint Agnes Medical Center. The contact information of Saint Agnes Medical Center has been provided to you recently. Please contact them directly about your billing issues with the hospital.
Please also inform Better Business Bureau that they should contact Saint Agnes Medical Center directly. The contact information has been provided recently as well.
