I bought a mini split less than a year ago for ****** and was told that I would have yearly maintenance and cleaning. I have yet to have anyone come out and one of the mini splits cannot be used to because it leaks. I was informed today that there are "no appointment times in my area" and that " Ican pick another company to do the Maintenace and pay out of pocket and then they will reimburse me. This is unacceptable and will never do business with Sears ever again.
