When we retired in 2021, we contracted with Piano and Pool Table to store our piano and pool table while we moved from ********, ** to ******, Mi.They agreed to store them until we finished remodeling our retirement home.On June 6, 2021 we gave them a check for $800.00 to remove the 2 items and store them for a year.In Oct. of 2022 ********************* called me and asked if we were ready for the piano and pool table. We had delayed the remodeling and he agreed to store them for another year. He requested we send $450 for another year of strorage. Then in February 2024 we tried to contact the business and ******* but the business phone was disconnected. We have no way to contact him or the business. We were told he may be in prision by another piano business. We don't know who to turn to and we need our possessions back!Thank you so much.**** and *****************************Initial Complaint

Installed the wrong felt, then promised to resolve it and reinstall. After several calls to follow up, he blocked my number and I haven't heard from him since. Today we discovered that several of the pockets are now falling off because the staples they used were too short...but no sense in trying to call about it because HE BLOCKED MY NUMBER. These guys are criminals, straight up.Initial Complaint

Retailer is a fraudulent company. Took a 150$ deposit through cash app and never provided the service or fixing our pool table. Asked for gas money while trying to get to our should to fix the pool table later found out the owner is in jail for involuntary man *********. On April 5, 2022, I hired GR Piano and Pool Tables, LLC, to move my pool table to our future condo, which was only two miles away. I had painters and carpenters at the new location but it worked out fine to deliver on April 8. Our move was complete on April 30. I am on oxygen so my mobility is diminished. **** and crew were on time and the move was no hassle. I remained at the townhouse but gave them a check for $450.00. My wife ****** was at the condo and told them where to set it. No problem. They covered the table and left, no inspection was offered. It wasn't until 10 days later when we removed the cover only to discover a year in the felt almost two feet long. Obviously it split while being stretched into position. New felt and bumpers were done less than three years ago. I sent **** a picture with text asking him how he wanted to handle the repair. He won't ever call me back, this **** Waffle. More than twenty messages unreturned.
