After getting several sky high quotes from other companies, a friend recommended I try Simpatico. I dug the name, reached out, and they got back to me really quickly. Their quote was fair and when they found an issue with my chimney (that I wasn’t aware of) they supplied photos, a recommendation, and a quick, fair quote for the new work. They wrapped our entire project up in a day. Couldn’t be happier about it.

Nate and his team did a great job with our 100 year old house. He increased our insulation and created airflow to reduce ice build. Honest and upfront about issues and very accommodating.

Nate came by to give us an estimate. Unlike other places we got estimates from, there was no pressure and no 'if you sign up today, we can take x% off' tactics. Nate was easy to talk to, no non-sense, but also very willing to answer all our questions. Pricing was reasonable and fair, with no hidden fees or games being played with 'special factory pricing' if we ordered in the next week. In all, the quoting process was simple, efficient, and honest. Nate even came out a couple weeks before the work began to to a temporary patch job on a few vent pipes to prevent any water damage, should the actuall install be pushed back for weather or other reasons. The day of work, Nate's crew leader was not sure if they would be able to get it all done in a day, but they were there early and got RIGHT to work. They accomplished a tear-off, some minor wood repair, sealing off the old style vents, installation of the ridge vent, completion of the new roof installation, as well as removal and reinstallation of gutters all in a single day. Granted, it was over an 8-hour day for them, but wow, these guys wasted NO time - and we could not be more greatful! After the work was done, the yard was left in great condition, we had a new roof, new flashing, new venting, and an overall great expereience. From the initial quoting all the way through to completion, Nate made the process simple and efficient. The work crew worked hard, stayed late, and did phenomenal work. We could not be more happy.
