NEVER AGAIN! I bought my 2010 Ford F150XLT in 2018. They had no problem selling me this piece of shit. It immediately had transmission issues. I bought it in November. By March it was fixed. Took 4 months of work on that truck to get it right. The truck has now since rusted EVERYWHERE. There were holes that were filled with paper towel and then had bondo over it that fell apart! I applied for another vehicle the end of July. a 2019 Chevy Colorado. One owner they said. Submitted all my information including check stubs etc. They wanted me to come in on a Monday to get it finalized. We drove the 2010 F150 to Grand Rapids. Glenn shook my hand upon arrival and on his desk sat my application with all of my information. He said he'd have to check with his finance manager. The guy came to Glenn's desk and said I needed a co-signer. I've never needed one. Then they turned me down since they saw the 2010 Ford. We explained to them what happened with that truck, and we were told "We don't have a body shop". But low and behold, on their lot, it says on the building "BODY SHOP". I was told I need to put down $1500-$2500. I was rushed out. No "thank you". Didn't even open the door for me. They didn't want to own up to selling me a piece of **** to begin with. Found out by CarFax that there were in fact 6 different owners, and it was in an accident. I went somewhere else and I'm in a beautiful new truck with NO Co-Signer and NO Money down. So, maybe I should thank you for being the shady ****** that you are. Buy your vehicles from Canada or ones that have been in floods and try to sell them.

This place has got to be the worst place to buy a car. I bought my 2014 ram with 2 year warranty less than a year ago. The differentials and the cv axel went out. The warranty covers nothing they told me they would bc the the truck is lifted. Yet they sold me the truck with the lift kit and warranty. There solution is to cancel the warranty and not fix my truck. The door also started leaking causing the door panel buttons not to work. The entire side of my truck rusted in less then a year...obviously someone covered it up to make it look presentable to buy. I was unable to move the truck since the key phob they gave me said it wasn't the right one for the truck so a new one had to be made. My truck is still sitting at a mechanic meanwhile I'm over here paying **** near 600 dollars for a parked truck..smh Needless to say this company is as worthless as they get. I wouldn't give this company a dime of your money.

I was very well taken care of,with the purchase of my 2016 Ram 1500.The staff was very honest with me. I told them what my budget was and they gave me the best vehicle for my budget!!I wanted a stress free buying experience, and that what I got!!A GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!
