On May 16th 2023 I had Bay to Bay come out and estimate a new roof due to a recent hail damaging storm. On the 17th they came to collect a cashiers check. Additionally they were going to communicate with my insurance to highlight additional damages the insurance missed in order to fox other damages. For months they gave me the run around saying they were working with insurance, that the insurance rep was not answering their calls, and that they were working on it. I decided to step in and communicate with my insurance rep who never missed my phone calls and told me they only talked with bay to bay only once. After communicating this with Bay to Bay is when Bay to Bay stopped communication with me. On December 11 2023 I left a voicemail and email asking for a full refund. I have been unable to get ahold of Bay to Bay, my calls and emails unanswered.
