2.5 months ago I made a deal to have ***** build a brand new colorado for me. As delays stacked up it became apparent the model I chose was delayed. I wanted to look at a Silverado or different model of ********. I requested they cancel my order. Since it had never been placed with ***** this should have been easy process. I said I would be in within a week to look at other models. Dealer immediately said they were keeping my deposit money 1000$ until I bought another vehicle from them. Although my plan was to do that they felt it necessary to hold me hostage to that by keeping my deposit for the vehicle order I cancelled. If that vehicle had come in, and I would chose to not get it obviously they should keep their money, but this was not the case. They did nothing to earn that money, except decide to keep it. Very definition of deceptive practices. I will be following up with a state dealer complaint and contacting news 13 consumer advocacy and filing a lawsuit unless the company does the right thing. They did nothing to earn that thousand dollars they are keeping it out of spite. I will remove all negative reviews and cease further action if the company makes this right.

I purchases a 2011 mecedes through this company last year. I drove my vehicle for only 2 weeks then the vehicle would not Start. Denooyer towed my vehicle to the dealership and it is still not fixed. I was provided a loaner and was told the part would arrive every other months until a year. Denooyer is now wanting to get back the loaner. I was promised that they will pay off the loan on the vehicle and compensate me for my paid off vehicle I traded in. These were all lies. The sales manager ***** and the sales reps **** and *** are snakes and told me lie after lie. The vehicle is clearly a lemon and this is not fair to me that they sold my vehicle I traded and is not willing to get me resolution. I will be looking into further legal actions that can be done

      Good Morning,

This is the first time I have received notification of the complaint.

************** did purchase the ******** from **********************.  The car did not start within 2 weeks of her purchase.  ********************** immediately put ************** in a substitute vehicle at no charge to her while we sent

the vehicle out for repair.  We needed to send to the ******** dealer in ************ and found out the part that was needed was on international backorder indefinitely.  Reports from ******** were continually noted that the part would be another month, continuing to now currently 1 year.  ETA at this point is June 2023 but may be later.  We were notified by the bank that ************** had stopped making payments on the vehicle for about a year and they were in process of repossession. If the vehicle is going back to the bank ********************** can not allow her to drive our courtesy vehicle free of charge and it was requested for return which she refused.

********************** did offer once she brought the vehicle out of repossession state we would allow her to remain in the courtesy vehicle until the part arrived.  There is not a charge for the courtesy vehicle but she does need to continue payment on the ******** to keep the vehicle out of repossesion.  Mr. ********************** did offer to replace the vehicle for her but because she did not pay for the past year the bank will not allow any additional funding for her credit.   Currently she is still in the courtesy vehicle until a part can be re-placed.  We are in contact with ******** as our hands are tied in this it is a National Backorder part from *******.  The vehicle was purchased as is and we are helping her out in this unfortunate  scenario.
