Products not as described buyer beware! Read description twice! I tried to contact them.

As the customer did not provide details as to what issue exactly they are referring to, I reviewed their recent invoices and based on the situations I was aware of, I think I found the issue. Customer bid on a lot where the brand name of the item was "Tens Towels". Customer mistook this as meaning that the lot in question was for a set of ten towels. Obviously, we have no control over what a manufacturer decides to name themselves, so holding us, a third party seller, accountable for the manufacturer's choice of name seems quite unfair. It would be like ordering something from Apple and complaining that what you received could not be used to make a pie.

I have got a few deals here but recently they sold a vanity mirror and I won for $277 it was a 599 mirror, good deal. I got it home opened it and it was not 36” wide it was 30” wide. Then I opened it and it wasn’t a vanity wall mirror it was a floor mirror. It didn’t have back lighting, front lighting or Anti- fog. I had to fight with them and they wouldn’t take it back even tho it was clearly not the the mirror in the pic and didn’t have any the options. Only after telling them I worked in legal contracts for 25 yrs they backed down. Then 2 weeks later I bought a NEW electric scooter and Brad nailer that was used. Before leaving the parking lot I checked. The scooter was beat up and didn’t have a charger. Same situation, then they returned the money and told me I have used my return of 2 products in 60 days policy? They would return the money for the clearly broken Brad nailer, not shown in the picture, the back side was busted and it wouldn’t work. Now a friend just bough an electric lawn mower and it’s pictured with batteries and charger. He got home doesn’t have the correct batters $1600 for new ones and no charger. This company needs a serious investigation or laws suite. They are using the old bait and switch and that is illegal.

Based on the customer information provided with this review, we have had no interaction with this customer. There are no matches for either the provided name or email address anywhere in our customer database. Based on that, we can not verify the customer's claims to accurately respond to the claims against our company. This review should be removed and be hidden from public view.

False advertising to products They state new unused and everything is used or missing pieces or a completely different item them what the post and sell.

We clearly advertise that items are customer returns in every auction we run. We do mention USED or UNUSED on items as well, but we receive zero history on the items from our suppliers, so that USED or UNUSED statement is a judgement call on the part of our team. The fact is that what one person considers USED, another may consider UNUSED. In regards to the accuracy of our listings, we do our best to ensure that all listings are accurate, but unfortunately some things do slip through. I would recommend that this customer contacts our office during regular business hours at (616) 559-0047 to see if we are able to work out a resolution in this case.
