We recently purchased a travel trailer from ************************************************ We explicitly stated that we were NOT interested in being contacted by Waldenwoods and to ensure NO CONTACT from them.On two separate occasions thereafter, my husband received soliciting calls from Waldenwoods.During the first call he told them to never contact us again. Then they called back another day and he told them again to stop calling.This is a nuisance, predatory business practice and needs to stop. No contact means NO CONTACT.Business response

Dear BBB,
I have investigated this complaint. We have removed this customer from our call follow up list as requested here.
However, per our records, we called 3 times (8/29/23, 9/5/23, and 9/7/23) and left 3 messages and did not speak to them. Per our records, they never called us nor did we speak to them to know they did not want any further follow up. If we missed something, we apologize and have updated our records accordingly.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
Waldenwoods actually spoke to my husband on two separate calls they made to his number. Both times they were advised we were NOT interested and told not to call back. I suggest this business review the call recordings and correct their response to this complaint (certainly they must keep these records for quality and training purposes).
