We had Accurate Concrete Company add an extension to widen our driveway as well as pouring a patio in our backyard with a decorative stamp. The work was completed in August 2021 and cost $12,245.00. I have an email from Accurate that said all of the concrete is covered for 1 year if there is any issues. In the spring of 2022, we noticed that the concrete was starting to fail in both the driveway and patio. The top layer was washing away creating holes. The top layer of the patio is also washing away the decorative coloring. I contacted Accurate about the issue in March 2022. Several representatives from their company came to our house on 4/20/22 to inspect. They informed me shortly after that they would be replacing the entire patio and extension free of charge. They told ** that the work would begin the first week in May 2022. That was then delayed to May 26th. On May 26th, the owner, ****** contacted me and said that due to weather they would be delayed until June 1st. On June 1st no one showed up and we were never notified they werent coming. I contact ****** by text and asked him when they were coming to start work. He never responded so I called him on June 2nd. He didnt answer but sent me a text message saying he was at another job pouring concrete and would get back to me. I responded by text telling him I was getting impatient by the constant delays and I was unhappy with the level of customer service we were receiving. He responded back to me with the following text **** any other concrete company wouldnt be giving you the time of day to tear and replace for free, especially the patio Ive seen it and it shouldnt even be coming out. Im trying my best. If you cant find anymore patience then we can take it to court your call. I told him we have been patient and all I wanted was for them to communicate. He said he would get back to me. He never did. I asked again on June 10th when they were coming out and he never responded. They wont respond back.
