Approximately 9 years ago, I bought an Annuity from Grace ********************** Advisory. Approximately 4 or 5 years ago, ***** sold or transferred their business to TriFound Financial.My assigned advisor greeted me with , "Our clients receive a one time tax service free of charge and a free Trust for the client as well as family members including spouse and children." The tax processing was left undone by an account who left **********************, and incurred fines due untimely submission. I followed up and a new accountant addressed the issue but I have yet to receive a copy of any of the paperwork. For the past year, I have intermittently requested the Trusts be done for my children. have provided TriFound with all their contact information and personal information to have the Trusts initialed. **************** calls were stood up, calls were never returned, and no attempt whatsoever was made to complete what was offered to me. I was not the one to ask for the service. It was said to be a service that TriFound offers for free to their clients. The many attempts to reach the office only resulted in connection to a receptionist. ***, who also informed me that I am being charged 1% for their services.I again attempted to reach the office to verify if I was being charged (I don't recall ever signing anything or agreeing to anything that incurs additional fees.) However, I could never clarify this issue as no one had the courtesy to return my call after multiple messages were left. How do I resolve this unless I am forced to go through a third party? Being ignored causes suspicion.Business response

First and foremost we apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience you may have experienced as customer service is of the utmost importance to us. We have recently made some changes to our phone system to improve our clients experience so please give us a call if you have any further questions. As part of our mergers and acquisitions we are able to offer expanded services specifically to our clients. We do have records of a completed estate plan and past years tax return on file and would be happy to provide you with a copy. There has never been any fee's at all charged to you as stated in your complaint because there was never a completed services agreement between you and TriFound. Therefore TriFound has never received any revenue pertaining to any of your financial accounts. As a reminder these services are specifically for TriFound clients moving forward. If you would like to contact us we would be more than happy to explain the differences. Thank you!
