Bad place for healthcare. Directed me to the wrong place at the wrong time twice . Employees were emasculatory and unprofessional.Review from Pam T

Waited 1 month for xray to find out my toe was dislocated. Wow! Terrible service, NP was not even concerned & failed to follow through. If you need health services go somewhere else.

I work out of state cant take care of my wife have to rely on family.My wife spent 2 hours waiting to get into the er for extreme vomiting that has been going on for an extended period of time due to a medical condition but the ** has turned into a homeless shelter!!So my son had to take her Borgess where she was treated right away BRAVO for ******* !!!!Shame on Bronson figure out where your money comes from!!!Bronson Healthcare Group, Inc. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this review. The review submitted did not include a date of service so we were unable to complete a detailed review for this ER visit. In the emergency department, patients are seen by the severity of their symptoms, not on a first-come, first-served basis, so wait times can be unpredictable. Bronsons mission is to provide excellent healthcare services and we regret that we did not fully meet the patients expectations.
