Our roof was installed in April 2020. I happened to notice just yesterday that the back of our roof has shingles that don't look right. I have pictures to show. I tried calling the company and I'm not able to get a hold of any of the contact numbers that were previously given to me. This work has a 50 year manufacture warrantee. They also provided me information indicating an agreement that they provide a 10 year "no questions asked, leak free" warrantee.

We paid them to roof a portion of our house. It has rained in my bedroom since this work has been done. I tried to contact them an no answer. I tried visiting their place of business and it appears they are no longer there. I looked them up on **** and I called the numbers available and was not able to reach them. In the meantime, due to the amount of water in my house, I had to have the work redone. I am unsure how to attach a video and pics from my ****** photos but I have them of it raining into my bedroom and of the ceiling damage it caused.

Turnkey Builders replaced our roof 12/2020. At the time of replacement they insisted on us paying $3000 more for additional work that they said needed to be done to the roof or they would not warranty their work. Since then we had the crew leader back to our home in 2/2021 due to leaking down kitchen wall which he said was due to not sealing around skylights. This winter we still have considerable ice build up causing damage, the roof is leaking in storage attic and there are water spots on the living room ceiling. We have tried to reach Turnkey with the phone numbers we have for them but no one calls us back. The three email addresses all come back undeliverable. The warranty they promised in their contract is not being upheld. Very frustrating and disappointed in The owner for not standing by the work of his company. We will be having the roof looked at in the next week and will likely have to replace it again. We want a complete refund.

I hired Turnkey to put a new roof on my home in March 2020. The work was completed and they received full payment. In the winter of 2020, the roof started leaking into my porch and my kitchen. They sent a painter out to patch my kitchen ceiling, after I contacted the owner, and sent pictures. I recalled him with pictures again in the winter of 2021, with the same problem. I also called him. He answered the phone and said he would review the pictures and get back to me. I haven’t heard from him. Now it’s the winter of 2022, with the same leaks and no answer when I call. The owners name is Dylan W***. Phone number is ************ E-mail is *********************** I just want my roof and kitchen ceiling fixed. I have a 15 year contract, but what good is it, if you can’t get a response from them. Please help me! Thank you **** *********
