**************** is terrible. Hard to get ahold of to place fill order for propane. It started last winter season of 2021 and continues this season 2022. I called in advance (7 days ago) and no propane. We were at 48% and now we are 32%. I placed a call and was told we were scheduled a delivery 3 days ago, my husband also called and was on hold 27 and then 24 minutes to get his call dropped. I called the emergency hotline and told the op of our situation and was told an email would be sent to their main office and one to the current distributor (*******) in ******** which is the local office. I am very concerned by this service; if it were an Elderly, sick or family with small children it is especially dangerous to run out of propane to heat your home. We will not recommend *******/ Superior PlusPropane to anyone and will be switching to another provider next season; and will definitely be checking reviews re: customer service. ***************************
