I ask Executive Pools to find why water was leaking from my pool, why my pool will not prime and maintenance my pool heater. The final bill was $1053,00. Executive Pools made 2 visits to my home. The first charged price was $567.00. I was told the next bill which the order was to replace a pump housing that price would be $165 plus $120 labor. The labor was estimated to be an half hour. I was giving a bill for $486.00. That's much higher than expected. The money paid is not the issue. Its the nasty arrogate attitude of a ********** believe one of Executive Pools Managers. He was very hard about the fact that my order said "Disconnect and removal of cleaning pump" He totally disregarded the that my estimate previously signed says to disconnect Polaris pump not remove. My specific conversation with ***** the person who did the work was to disconnect the Polaris pump from the switch because there was no current power running to pool heater. He was to switch the Polaris pump and the heater pump switch a swap to determine if the heater could be repaired. ***** replaced the pool heater switch located on the pool heater unit and it fire up. **** took a hard line that I sign the form that did not accurately describe what was discussed with ***** Executive pools repairman there for making the confusing solely my fault. I filing this complaint because I did not want my Polaris pump removed. Also its my pump they had no right to remove my perfectly working pump from my property. **** said their job is to remove left over items. That's not true because everything else that was replaced was left in my garage. I was not present when this work was finished. I didn't notice my Polaris pump was missing until I went out a few days later to turn on my Jacuzzi. The resolution is my pool is still leaking water. I would like for the company to return my pump and reinstall it and fix the water leak I paid for. I thought this was a fair request of Executive Pools.
