      The property manager of my condo complex refuses to acknowledge or accept that its 2024. Requests to receive the books and records electronically is not explicitly denied by my bylaws. But shes instant on my coming in person to review them. Ive never seen such disregard for a co-owners rights.

      The rating tells you what kind of company BLS is! The worst management company I have ever dealt with and Ive dealt with many! Ive never had so many issues in my 45 years as much as I have with BLS! They are rude, ruthless, impatient, arrogant incompetent of running any company. ******* is the worst, shes horrible, unprofessional, unkind and would not last a day working at ********

      BLS is hired by the *********************** to collect monthly assessments, in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Association. When payment is not receive timely, BLS is obligated to send notice to the Co-owner. It is unfortunate that this Co-owner has chosen to blame BLS for her lack of responsibility making and ensuring payment is received by the Association. BLS, *******, the Association and its legal firm made every effort to work with the Co-owner to resolve her delinquency and other non-related issues, to no avail. Despite this unwarranted review, BLS/******* remains open to helping this Co-owner resolve her situation.

      No response from management company to emails or phone messages. No one is available to take calls, ever!Choose another management company if you're able. Our HOA is stuck with BLS! Awful customer service!
