Ordered Marshmallows $65 on Dec 9 2022. Recieved confirmation email Dec 11 2022. Did not hear anything else. Emailed company Jan 11 2023. Recieved response that order was in the que. No more updates from company. Emailed them again Jan 24 and Feb 5. Have not recieved a response. Have not recieved item. Have not recieved refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order as a Christmas gift in late November, for 9 marshmallows, and the order was supposed to be doubled for free. The money left my account right away, however the order didnt ship for several weeks. I finally received the order (after Christmas), and was disappointed to see that the order was not doubled. I emailed **************** and was told that they were overwhelmed with holiday orders, were short staffed, and that the order was not filled properly because it was not read properly by their employees. I was then told that the missing half of my order would be sent out right away. Ive emailed them several times since late December, only to be lied to over and over that the order will be shipped right away. Here we are in mid February and I still have not received the other half of my order. I paid over $30 for nine marshmallows. What a rip off! This vendor has no place on their website to leave feedback, and they are not on social media to leave feedback there either. Crooks!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/15/22 for marshmallows that they advertise for $33.24. They charged my credit card at that time. I emailed 1/10, 1/19, 1/26/23 to ask for an update. I was told twice that they were shipping the order that day. I still to this day have not received my order. I have since tried to contact them through their website to ask for a refund 3 times with no response. I would like my money back at this point and be done with them. I also want others to be aware!
