On December 3, 2021, my fianc and I signed a contract (attached) for a ********************* package with Sarah Rhodes Boyce Weddings LLC. At the time we signed the contract, we paid Sarah $2000, which was one of four installments of the same amount due every 2 months until our wedding on September 24, 2022. On February 4, 2022, we called Sarah to terminate our contract after two months of failing to meet expectations outlined in the contract. On that call, Sarah offered us back our deposit, but then redacted that offer by email several days later. I've pulled direct quotes from the signed contract supporting this claim.Provide constant communication throughout the planning process. -- Since we signed our contract, weve had 3 phone calls with Sarah all of which we scheduled. Sarah had to reschedule the first call, then missed the rescheduled call and didnt get back to us until the following day. On the second call we asked her for next steps which she never provided. We followed up and asked her if she had the bandwidth to take us on as clients and she agreed to keep working with us."Manage all stationary assembly and production." Sarah recommended a stationary vendor but never connected us with her. I asked her a question about this and she responded with, "the stationary person is too busy right now, can you do your own Save the Dates?" She never followed-up or gave an alternate contact.Once vendors are contracted, [Sarah will] manage and act as liaison to client and vendors. -- There were several instances where Sarah told us communicating with vendors wasn't part of our package when we reached out with a question.Coordinate transportation to and from ceremony / hotels / reception. -- On our third call we asked her questions about transportation. She answered our questions but took no initiative so we had to organize all transportation ourselves. She never followed up about this, asked us to review the contract, or for a point of contact.
