      I started using ******** for my work.. and then had them do new ac and furnace at my home... referred them to my parents who used them for furnace/ac and a gas fireplace. I help manage some apartments and a tenant was without heat this morning.... Sunday. Called and had someone there to fix the problem within a couple hours. They are fast, do excellent work, and respect my time and property. I especially appreciate that they communicate well... I get phone calls when a technician is on the way, or if even if they are experiencing a delay. I am a huge fan and give them my highest recommendation.

      We were told our 2 year old furnace was not under warranty and needed replaced. A different company came out to show it WAS under warranty and nothing was actually wrong! A loud noise started happening that made us call Miller Nu-Tech out. They came out and said our 2 year old furnace is Bryant and is junk. They don't care about customers and because of that they don't personally work with them. He proceeded to tell us we are NOT covered by any warranty on this furnace since we are not the original homeowners. *THIS IS 100% FALSE. He said that our cpu board needed replaced and the blower motor needed replaced. The blower mower was on backorder for 6 months and since the furnace isn't under warranty he advised we considered a brand new unit. Knowing that this was a major line of BS I called Beamont to come out the very next day. They first verified that we ARE covered under warranty as all Bryant's have a 5 year warranty. He brought me down to show me that the computer board is working perfectly. Blower motor was working perfectly. The issue was our furnace was putting out more air than the vents installed permitted. A simple adjustment to the improperly set dip switches and we are 100% good to go. $267 vs $6K+ for a new furnace. PLEASE get multiple quotes and if something doesn't seem right - CALL AROUND. We were lied to about our warranty status, our furnace was 100% misdiagnosed and at the end of the day had a new unit been put in per their suggestion we would have had the same issue unless we got new venting. Beamont did uncover another issue we would have had once winter hit by doing a full and PROPER inspection. Thankfully since it's covered under warranty we will have it fixed prior to winter as well. A+ service vs a near criminal ripoff attempt. I have never seen a bigger attempt at ripping someone off personally more than this. Keep in mind - Miller's suggested we spend THOUSANDS on a BRAND NEW unit to replace our 2 year old unit.
