They built a deck for me with substandard materials and substandard labor. I want them to come back and finish the job with good lumber and good materials. If they cannot do this, I want them to pay another contractor to do it for them.Business response

Business stated tried to resolve the consumers issues. The consumer has signed paperwork assuming liability due to not wanting to replace anything but the top boards. The business has offered to resolve the issues with the consumer, arranged to come back out and was referred to contact the consumer's brother, however the business did not have the brother's contact information. The consumer then stated she did not want the business to return and will cut her losses. The business tried numerous times to resolve the issue.
