*************************** purchased her car on 12/02/2023.  The mileage on her vehicle at the time of purchase was 129,901.  The warranty on the vehicle is 6 months or ***** miles (whichever comes first).  In January of 2024 she had her timing chain repaired under warranty at no cost to her.  The mileage on her vehicle when this was repaired was roughly 134,000.  ****** told us on 08/21/2024 that her vehicle has ******* miles on it now.  That means since her timing chain was repaired, she put on roughly ****** miles on her vehicle.  She is out of warranty.  According to her claim of her car being broken down more than it's been running, she is incorrect.  She has driven her vehicle  roughly ****** miles since she purchased it nine month ago.  That is an average of ***** miles a month driven.  The ****************************** stated in their newest research that the average number of miles driven in a year in ******* is ******, with an average of ***** miles driven a month.  *************************** is driving almost double the miles every month of the national average.  According to her claim that her car has been broken down more that it has been running is clearly false.  In fact, it seems that it has been driven excessively.

Purchased vehicle less than 2 months ago and it spent more time in the shop already then I have been able to drive it due to a broken clutch. They did take two of our payments and applied them to the fixing of the clutch but tacked on those payments at the end of the lease. Shortly after purchase the vehicle started to death wobble when we were told that it wasnt their problem and have the tires looked at. After I just got the vehicle back from repair nearly 3 weeks the wobble was still present and took it to a shop to have it assessed. They told me the jeep is rusted out under the spray they applied over the top of it all and is covering the issues they found which is layed out in the attached document. This vehicle is not safe to drive as I can not go over 45/50 mph without the death wobble. Fast finance is denying any liability with this when they sold an unsafe vehicle. I dont have the extra 2k to repair this nor do I have a spare vehicle. I would like them to repair this as they knew what they were selling and did not disclose this information.

After discussing this complaint with the ******************** they were waiting for the customer,*******************, to bring the vehicle in to confirm the diagnosis attached to the complaint and arrange for repairs.  As of this writing, we are still waiting for the vehicle to be taken to the shop.  We can better respond to the complaint once the vehicle is inspected by our shop.
