April 23, 2023 ******* The loveseat and couch are junk. 2 weeks after buying the seats were flat. And the loveseat leans forward, feeling like you are falling off. Well they repaired couch and love seat and its even worse.I called the credit card company to fight it, but they sent langlois a letter saying I didnt receive it! Called them back and asked them how could I complain about something I did not receive. Ugh Langlois refuses to acknowledged the issues or to fix it properly. Langlois says we have a 7 day return policy. Well I call 14=days after. Because I was in hospital from dying on operating table. Called Ashley ********* and they are just as useless. Beyond frustrated, langlois takes advantage of the poor.

Customer received her furniture that her husband ordered without her helping decide, called our service department 3 weeks after delivery. we then sent out ************** which found no manufacture defects or issues. At this time we offered for her to reselect a new sofa but she did not want to. We then due to customers complaint ordered new cushion foam and replaced all cushions and add more poly in the backs per customer request. Customer did not seem to be happy with the repair. With the manufactures assistance even though there were not any manufacture defects we allowed the customer to exchange their sofa and loveseat with something that would work better for their needs. This issue has been resolved.
