We contracted PRC in April to do a kitchen, dining room remodel. We signed a contract and they began work in early May. I will try to keep this brief as I have much more documentation and evidence. My primary complaint is that each time we gave our 2nd and 3rd payment of *****. PRC disappeared and ghosted us for a long time with no timeline explained or communication of where the project was headed.I will focus on the latest incident following our 3rd of 4 payments. On 8/12/2023 ***************** our contact and lead worker said he needed a check for ****** to order the final things for the kitchen (counter, final cabinet, sink and some other things) and they would be back Monday 8/14 to finish up. It is now 11/13 and since August, they have been in the house for less than a couple hours. We had 6 weeks after 8/12 with NO CONTACT from them. 10/1 I sent them emails detailing that I would have to pursue breach of contract if they didn't finish right away. It is now 6 weeks from then. They keep extending and saying there are delays in getting materials, yet some orders were just recently placed, not in August when they should have been. They give all kinds of excuses, but we have lost all trust in their professionalism and ability to keep any reasonable timeline. On 10/12 we received an email from **** Spring that said the project will be completed in the next "few weeks" They have yet to come back to finish the work. I have dates of possibly them coming back but we've been down that road before with this company. We have submitted in emails the list of things that were promised to do and since 8/12 there has been no serious attempt to finish the project in our home. The work has not met the standard of quality that they advertise or verbally promise. They have treated our home, our patience and us as customers in such a disrespectful manner. I never dreamed a business would treat us this way. I will gather documents this week to further provide evidence.
