On 12/02/21 I contracted Dynasty Custom exteriors to reside my home. They required half down of the total estimated price of $13,600. I gave the owner of the company *************************** a cashiers check made out to Dynasty Custom Exteriors. The job was to be started to be determined and finished by 02/15/22. That time came and went through a number of excuses why he couldnt start the job from Covid, supply issues, short staffed, and finally to hes to busy and cant even tell me when they could start or finish with any truth to it. I started to ask for a refund in late May to early June. It is now 06/23/22 and he tells me hes waiting on a check to clear so he can return my money which he should have already had returning my siding. He has basically stolen $6,800.00 from me and I need some help in trying to recover it back.
