      I have placed numerous orders with Classic Expressions through the owner ******************************** and the ************** African Prints Overload. My issue concerns the last order I place on Sept 6, 2022, Inv #****** in the amount of $178.00. I ordered 6 fabrics, but only received 4.10/4/22 I received my box of fabrics but it was an incomplete order. There were 2 fabrics totally $68.00 that were missing. One was $23.00 and the other was $45.00.I reached out to Yemisi asking about the order. Her response was that she would check into it and would send them out.10/8/22 I reached out and asked again, because I hadnt heard anything. Her response was that both of fabrics were sold and she was expecting a new shipment that I could choose from.10/10/22 I selected new fabrics that I wanted as a replacement. She confirmed my request.10/24/22 I hadnt heard anything so I reached out requesting an update and included photos of the fabrics I was expecting.10/26/22. ****** responded that I would receive the fabrics this week.11/3/22 I reached out asking for an update on my fabric because I hadnt heard anything. Her response was that she was traveling and would send when she returned home.11/14/22 I hadnt heard anything and I told her to either send me a shipping confirmation or a refund. Her response was that she would send a refund because once again, the fabrics Id selected were no longer available.11/18/22 I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund again. Her response was an apology and said she would send the refund.11/20/22 Requested an update on the refund.11/25/22 Requested an update on the refund. Her response was an apology again and asked for a couple of days.12/22/22 I informed her that I was going to file a complaint. Her response was more apologies and said I wouldnt have to file a complaint and that she would send a refund.12/5/22 I let Yemisi know that I was filing a complaint today. Her response was apologies and said the refund would be sent in a few days. I let her know that I didnt have a few days and that the complaint was being filed.
