I was court ordered to be serviced by GrowthWorks since 2016, yet none of our court orders give Reason Why, Description or what goal needs to be reached. Growth Works Agency admits Not knowing why I'm supervised, yet supervised my parenting anyway. I paid intake fees and paid fees for every session. No Incidents/No concerns, yet supervising me was unknown, how does supervisor supervise without knowing why, what to look for and what goal needs to be reached for Unsupervised Parenting to happen. This is still ongoing for kickbacks of court and supervising agencies. Taking money from families and No reason for supervision services.INTAKE FEE OF $35, 10 Sessions of $20 each, Then $70 for about 18 more sessions. All while supervisor did not know why I was being supervised (how does business know what they are supervising?) And court order never stated reason why, description or what goal to end it. Growth Works stated No Incidents/No Concerns, yet still accepted court to continue services, unnecessary costs when there is No reason for services on court orders. Growth Works had copies of our court orders. Growth Works has file on amounts I paid for services, no one knew reason for.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your rejection of the business's response.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
They take money when the services are Not known (not known from court, nothing on court order, nothing to Growth Works) They take money for services, yet aware they do not know reason to supervise, yet they still supervise for No provided reason.

Court has violated my parenting rights as well as *** rights, so Growth Works will no ***** be in the scamming for families money after this lawsuit takes place. God knows ill-intentions. God Bless all involved. Praying for everyone. Supervision court order will be found a hoax, as we will be going to appeals and apeals will read all evidence and money wasted on bogus supervision costs! We will see what Court of Appeals does about these third parties kickbacks partnered with court. Growth Works treatment is Not in children's best interest! Their facilities aren't even clean- that's a different health risk for the ****************** I want my money back from Growth Works, either by Court of Appeals seeing the fraud and or what they direct ** to do about violation of parenting rights and if they enforce the reimbursement in higher court reprimands.

Growth Works is/was suppose to follow our court orders. My court orders Never stated Why/Reason to supervise parenting, so Growth Works violated my Natural Parenting Rights under Constitution,  *** Rights as cancer, etc. Growth Works went by their own made up rules, which does not reflect our court orders, Constitutional Rights, and *** *********** Growth Works does Not follow court orders, they take court orders and use that to take money. Growth Works reports all state No incidents/No concerns, yet never state for parent to move forward to Unsupervise in their recommendations for parent to end supervision (as Growth Works should focus on real supervision needs)- that is Growth Works way of keeping parents supervised for endless fees to GW! When there are reports stating no incidents/no concerns, that facility should recommend no more need for services because there is No incidents/concerns while supervised. The supervision fees are endless because GW is in the business for money, Not to help family! Growth Works use to be a fee service when courts referred families there. It was not made to last years for supervision services - by costing families these fees, without end or recommend out of surviving after no incidents/no concerns - why keep excepting family to come pay fees when there is No lawful reason for supervised services.? When court refers to a supervised place - its not suppose to charge fees, unless corrupt and no end, until Appeals stops it. Lower court should correct their wrong-doing, but let higher up see the crimes. Health inspector needs to check out GW.
