From the minute I called Precision Garage Door, through the sales *** and installer, **** ******, I was impressed with the customer **********************, explanation of options and costs, and final install. This company has excellent customer **********************, getting me, the same day, the sales *** who detailed my problem and solutions. Finally, **** ****** installed my new garage door in an hour, taught me how to care for it and left everything neat and clean. Although the price was a bit more than I expected, the results were worth every *****. The integrity and work ethic demonstrated by the employees of this company was beyond my ordinary experiences. Wow! The *** was excellent to work with. He was professional, helpful, informative. He came out and very efficiently addressed an issue I was having with my garage door opener. In the future, when I eventually ***lace it with a new one, I plan to go thru Precision to do it! Thanks!

Excellent service. After getting a two hour window for the tech to arrive, ***** ********* called during the two hour window timeframe and said he would be at our location in a half hour. Right on time, he asked me to describe what exactly the garage door was doing. After asking a few questions to get a better idea of the problem, he explained what he thought the problem was and what he was going to do to resolve it.. He also gave an estimate of the cost at that time. ***** was very good at explaining the issue and how it was going to be corrected.Very good service...Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan Response
