On 6/29/2022 an unauthorized debit was made from my card. I contacted the business to which they stated my card was on file and I had a balance so they took payment. It was taken without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. I contacted my financial institution to which they stated they cannot stop payment from a debit card, but I could come into the office and submit an unauthorized transaction document with them. I did not sign any documentation or give any verbal approval on having my card set up for any future transactions. I am not on a payment plan either. This transaction was only noticed when I logged into my bank account. I had no notice from the business they were even going to charge me. This is highly unprofessional and I'm pretty sure illegal.
