He quoted me a price ($500) for leaf removal, I paid him prior to completion (my fault), I gave him an extra $100 ($600 total), fed him and his crew only to find out that they blew all of the leaves onto adjacent properties. Needless to say this caused me all sorts of problems from hiring another RELIABLE landscaper at another $700 because they have to go onto two other properties, my neighbors were the ones that brought this to my attention which as you can imagine really upset them. Since then I have tried several times to contact ***** but he will not respond. I have used his services throughout the summer having smaller issues and he has always taken my calls but now, nothing at all. I paid cash for this service and was not left a receipt upon completion. I am not seeking a full refund but based on my efforts to resolve this, I feel a full refund is warranted. I am seeking $350 to offset the further cleanup.
