12/31/2022 I purchased 2 suits from Tom's Tailoring, one black and one brown. I picked up the black one on New Year's Eve and chose the brown one I wanted. I asked him to make the same alterations to the brown one just as he did the black one. I picked up the brown one that Tuesday or Wednesday. During pick up I never looked at the suit, he just handed me the suit already in the white bag. I didn't have to try it on because the alterations were the same. I took the suit home and hung it right up. On Sunday I took the suit out the bag piece by piece to get dressed. When I took the jacket out the bag I noticed a brown stain on the shoulder. It was nothing I had put there since this was the first time I took the suit out. I placed it back in the bag to return. After church that Sunday I went back up to the store to try to get an exchange but he was closed. I returned on Monday and the guy was so rude and dismissive. He started yelling and basically told me I wasn't being truthful. He never apologized or tried to rectify the situation. He didn't offer an exchange or discount on future purchase. He was defensive and angry. He told me if I didn't like how he was doing business I didn't have to return to the store and that I should get out.
