I second everything ******* said, this company and their management are mentally abusive. I had to quit after 8 weeks due ******* and **** treating me like a punching bag. They would also say just like they did in their response to ******* that I quit due to poor performanceI find that funny. It sounds like someone is the common denominator here and its not the employees!!!! They have completely unrealistic & ridiculous expectations and harassed me until I couldnt take it anymore, I worked my a** off for them and was doing everything that was asked of me except memorize the weight of every single product they carry within 3 weeks of being given the information! Nothing was good enough for them. **** is a complete a****** who treats women with no respect !!! He acted as if I was completely incompetent which is so far from the truth. He told me upon quitting that Im sure you wouldve excelled if you were at a doctors office this is because I worked at one for 9 years prior to being hired by UCoat-It.Im sure I wouldve excelled if youd given me an actual chance, prick! I know I would have been a huge asset to that company had they not made the work environment completely toxic and intolerable !!!!!

UCoat It does hold high expectations for the Administrative Assistant position, providing above industry standard salary, excellent benefit package, paid personal time off, and every other Friday off paid within the summer months. The Administrative Assistant position is one that executes very routine tasks daily, is the face of the company to the customers, and a liaison to the sales team and shipping department. The full position outline was detailed in the job post as well as gone over in training. It is important that the position is held to a standard due to the nature of the involvement within the organization. We understood that you were trying your best however the position requires the work to be correct and punctual as other team members depend on the Administrative Assistants accuracy and effeciency. Something as simple as entering customer data incorrectly into the system, and not knowing shipping weights after 8 weeks of employment jeopardizes the hard work and success of other team members. An Employee Improvement Plan was provided and presented, signed by you in approval and understanding of the deficiencies and areas needing improvement. You agreed that you had areas to improve and correlated the issues to brain fog as well as nearly 3 weeks of personal time off within the 8 weeks of employment. Two weeks were provided to improve on the details outlined in the Employee Improvement Plan, however the deficiencies persisted with a lack of attention on how the improvements were going to be met to meet the expectation of the position. It was agreed upon at our last meeting that this position was not a good fit and we mutually agreed to part ways. We did appreciate your effort and we do wish you the best with your future endeavors.
