******* ****** from customer service has made my experience a wonderful experience. I have had a great experience with park west from the cruise ship to the weekly auctions and the gallery tour. It all has been phenomenal and I look forward to all my future adventures with park west and dealing with wonderful people like *******!!

My wife and I just completed a ******** Cruise along the east coast, from ******, ****** to **. **********, *******. We have been buying art from both ******** Art and Park West Gallery since 2004. During our cruise aboard the Emerald ******** from ***** thru 10-31-24 we had the most fun buying art from *********************, Art ********* and her sales crew, **** and ****** Becsenescu. Dedre's presentations and auctions were fun and informative. Her enthusiasm was contagious. When we bought our art, **** and ****** were both very helpful, and very personable. We've always been impressed with Park West Sales Teams, but, again, we had a great, fun time on this trip. Dedre, ***** and ****** should be commended.Park West Gallery Response

Is lying an essential cultural practice of American capitalism, a lubricant, if you will, for what Ill call the art of business. Well, the Park West Gallery sales representative lied right to my face! Ive done business with Park West for almost 20 years and recently (10/16/2024) bought a second ***** *** on a Celebrity cruise. I like this one piece (Flag with Heart) and specifically asked Is this the exact numbered piece Ill be receiving? The representative said YES. Great, lets complete the transaction. I did take a picture of the piece which was numbered 395/495. When we received the artwork, the numbered piece was 465/495. Yes, it looks identical, but the issue is the Park West representative LIED. This will be the last piece of artwork I buy from *********. Based on this experience, I recommend NOT to purchase from *********.Park West Gallery Response

I cant really put in words the wonderful experience I have had working with Park West Gallery. I have experienced 3 different locations with 3 different staffs and all are equally awesome. The on board experience has been VIP from my first encounter and it has become one of my favorite experiences. The knowledge and passion of the staff enhances the experience and upholds my emotion for the art. They become family to me and I look forward to sharing pics of my art hanging after it arrives. And speaking of arrival, the framing and shipping experience is first class and it is a joy to see the ***** truck arrive! In collecting about 20 pieces, I have had only one glitch with a frame, and it was quickly resolved with no hassle. It is just a joy all around. I really cant say enough.Park West Gallery Response

I had never given art a second thought until we attended a Park West auction on a Princess cruise purely out of curiosity. Hooked. I was hooked.Enjoying retirement, I was surprised to find something so interesting and full of both visual and historical depth.I've now attended 2 events art land and just returned from another cruise.The staff for these events are always so warm, intelligent, and informative. Whoever makes these hires deserves a raise. They show respect for their clients, whether they are purchasing a $120,000 ******** or a $500 ******.I guess my one question while writing this review, is why does this BBB site give Park West a D+ rating?I give BBB an "F" rating for their unbelievable listing.Park West Gallery Response

We received the artwork we purchased much sooner than expected. Two of the three items had the wrong frames however. I contacted Park West galleries and ***** ******* helped us to resolve this very quickly. We were able to return the two items and the new ones were back to us within one week. I had a wonderful experience with one of the company's **************** representatives, ***********************************. I initially had an issue with having my artwork framed, to my satisfaction and ********************** worked with me for several weeks and actually listened to my vision for my artwork and implemented and provided me with different options until I was satisfied. I could not thank her enough and the rest of the team that worked to ensure that I was satisfied with the final finish.She is an exceptional **************** Representative who was not only professional but was very patient with me. ********************** really exceeded my expectations, and I hope that her department finds a way to reward her outstanding work.Park West Gallery Response

My experience with ********* has been fabulous! The auction experience was a delight and ***** was great!! Even though there was a frame issue, ******************************* went above and beyond to give me incredible service and enhanced the experience all the more. She was kind and patient, listened to my needs and followed through relentlessly to make sure I was satisfied and I was more than satisfied!!
