This company spent a majority of 2023 garnishing my wages for ****************. This company has put me in financial ruin and has cost me to almost lose my home. They have now increased a medical bill for a follow procedure I had in July of 2022. I had medical scare that year and used all of my FSA money. Already missing work without pay I was not able to afford to pay it back all at once. This company started Garnishing my wages for a 2015 medical bill in January 2023. I had written the company asking for proof of who the patient was and for a detailed record of the Dos to show me who the patient was, as I had an open workers comp case and both my children were on ********* They never provided proof, just the date of service. Then they hit me again the moment the other Garnishment stopped. I also checked credit reporting sites and these were not listed on credit Karma or Experian. There was no way I could even think about making arrangements to pay off the 07/2022 bill while being garnished. The had also mentioned with the 2017 bill garnished me for the I had made over $600 worth of payments. So, I started questioning if the bill was even valid. Especially if I had already made payments and it was previously with another company. As I have settled with creditors in the past and was wondering if this was something that hadn't been written off due to me already settling with the past creditor. Again I was provided with no proof to validate the debt. This company is now getting ready to garnish my wages again and have double my patient liability. Which I already paid the co-ins portion on the date of service and still owed my deductible. I have no problems making an arrangement on what was left after my insurance paid, but having my patient liability increased double almost triple is outrageous. This company is not receptive to responding to provide proof nor do they care of bringing people into a state of financial ruin. There have only been 3 months this year they have not garnished me. I will pay my patient liability only, as due to the consistent garnishments I could not pay the bill.Initial Complaint

I am not liable for this debt with IC *********** I don't have contract with this collection agency. Nor do I have a contract with ******************************** PLLC for some reason I'm getting 1 hard inquiry a year. which severely impacting my credit score. I need this immediately removed off my credit I've been deal with this all morning. Its negatively impacting my heart condition. For debt that's not mine! I want proof of contracts, I want Proof of original debt, I want proof of you guys speaking to me prior do doing these Inquiry's on my credit report. I want to know why you keep accessing private information of mine. If this isn't corrected effective immediately I'm contacting CFPB, Attorney, etc.Initial Complaint

Goodman called me once. When I called back after work I left a voicemail. Before I even spoke to someone they ran my credit from a medical debt Im not even sure is mine. They didnt send any letters. Why did they run credit doesnt seem far. It did not stem from an extension of voluntary credit extension. Which is against federal regulations. Im trying to get a loan to get by and the hard inquiry hurt me as well. Very unprofessional
